Speed Strength and Agility for young athletes 
If you have a kid who is a young athlete and wants to enhance their performance we have the program for them.
Our 8 weeks sessions are planned for each athlete individually. 
No matter if you are in tennis, soccer, basketball volleyball, football, individual or team sports, our program will be prepared just for you.
The program is designed to work individually and in small groups.
Our practices are offered Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 6:30pm -7:30pm at
La Jolla Fit Gym, 7777 Fay Ave, La Jolla CA 92037.
In order to achieve results the program requires at least two practices per week for eight weeks. 
Each practice is $50 
( include third practice a week for $30 )
